Our resole partner has the patterns for the majority of brands, models and sizes so the rubber they use starts out the same shape as your original shoes.
Through quality craftsmanship and a rigorous process, they work on your shoes, keeping the downturn and hollow where appropriate.
All you have to do is chose your rubber and decide whether you need a rand repair, complete the order and send your shoes to us. The turnaround time can be as short as 2 weeks however please allow up to 4 weeks for the return of your shoes.
DO I NEED A RAND REPAIR?
Essentially, if there is any kind of hole in the rand, you’ll need a repair. If you feel the point of the shoe and it’s softer than the area around it, you’ll almost certainly want a rand repair this time so that the rand doesn’t wear out before the sole.
If you don’t order a rand repair but the factory feels that it’s necessary, you’ll be contacted and charged the extra £12.50 for the repair before we return your shoes. In completing your order, you accept this. The factory will not undertake unnecessary repairs.
