Terms and Conditions:
  • Our gift vouchers can be redeemed at any of our centres and can be used for memberships, pay as you go climbing, subscriptions, courses, and in our shop and cafe.
  • Vouchers must be used in person or for telephone bookings as they currently cannot be redeemed online.
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for online bookings but our staff will be able to redeem your voucher against a telephone booking. If you would like to use a gift voucher to book an event/class please call us.
  • Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s gift voucher balance and any unused gift vouchers balances will be kept on the original gift vouchers.
  • TCA cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers.
