Delivery Information
All our deliveries are managed from our shop in Glasgow, for further details please email glasgowshop@theclimbingacademy.com
We offer a variety of delivery options within the United Kingdom and can deliver to over 220 countries worldwide.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery – £3
Standard delivery takes 4-7 working days from date of order. We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class service for the majority of Standard Deliveries though items exceeding 61cm x 46cm x 46 cm (or 20kg) may be sent via Parcelforce or another suitable courier.
Standard Delivery is free on all UK orders over £100 in value.
Click.Collect.Climb
We offer a Click and Collect Service at all our walls; TCA Newsroom (Glasgow), TCA Mothership (Bristol) and The Church (Bristol).
If you choose this method of delivery you will receive an email when your order is available for collection. Please note that as our online stock is managed entirely through our wall in Glasgow it may take up to 5 working days before your package is ready for collection.
International Delivery
If we’re shipping to somewhere outside the UK, there is a chance you’ll be charged duties, taxes or brokerage fees.
Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately.
Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Please note that for large orders, we may need to increase the charges. In this case we’ll email you before proceeding with your order.
Missing Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, TCA Shop are responsible for making enquiries and if necessary, seeking compensation.
A parcel is defined by the courier as missing up to 30 days after posting. Any orders which are confirmed as missing will be replaced or refunded immediately.
If you are unsure of the whereabouts of your parcel please email details of your order to glasgowshop@theclimbingacademy.com.
Items out of stock
In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered is not in stock, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible. At this point you can choose to cancel your order or wait for delivery if the item is due back in.
