We offer a variety of delivery options within the United Kingdom and can deliver to over 220 countries worldwide.

UK Delivery Options
Standard Delivery – £5
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked for our standard deliveries via the Click and Drop service. If you have ordered a Gift Voucher, this will be sent via 1st Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be collected from us. You will receive an email once the order has been completed on our end with tracking details.
Standard Delivery is free on all UK orders over £150 in value.
We offer a Click and Collect Service at The Newsroom, The Prop Store, The Mothership, The Church and The Arc.
If you choose this method of delivery, you will received an email when your order is available for collection.
Please note that our in-person offerings differ between walls, so your order may not always be ready to collect immediately.

If we’re shipping to somewhere outside the UK, there is a chance you’ll be charged duties, taxes or brokerage fees.
Duties and taxes on international orders will be assessed by local officials and billed to you separately.
Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, TCA Shop is responsible for making enquiries and if necessary, seeking compensation.
Any orders which are confirmed as missing will be replaced or refunded immediately.

Items out of stock
In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered is not in stock, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible. At this point, you can choose to cancel your order or wait for delivery if the item is due back in.
TCA Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail or alternative couriers in adverse weather conditions or for out-of-area deliveries.
